In short: Beyond the Nest has no accounts, collects no personal data and does not track you. Your progress stays on your device.
Personal information
Beyond the Nest does not ask for, collect, store or share any personal information. There is no sign-up, login or account.
Game progress
Your scores, coins, levels and settings are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.
No tracking
The game does not track you across other apps or websites. It never shows the App Tracking Transparency permission prompt and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
Advertising
The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. All ads are requested as non-personalized ads. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may process limited technical data such as IP address, device type, operating system and ad interactions. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy:
- Ads appear only when you choose to watch one for an extra life, and between rounds after every 7th game over.
- You can report an inappropriate ad using the ⓘ AdChoices icon on the ad.
Internet use
Beyond the Nest works fully offline. An internet connection is used only to load ads.
Children
The game is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. The same policy is also available inside the game under Settings → Privacy Policy.
